We are so proud of our Clancy group alumnus, Dr. Mardochée Reveil, as he begins his new role as Vice President, AI & Modeling for Materials Innovation, for Standard Industries. Mardochée was one of the first two students in my group to excel in machine learning techniques, ploughing his own furrow rather than following traditional paths. Always an overachiever, Mardochée created an AI platform tailored to glasses for Corning Inc., was voted Black Engineer of the Year in 2021, and won an award for volunteering at Corning.
